Ordering your FREE Biosecurity ticket on the Digital Stable App
The following information will show you how to order your Biosecurity ticket for the RAWF using the Digital Stable iOS and Android devices:
Step 1
Click on the "Settings" icon in the top right of the dashboard - shown above.
Or click the link below if you already have the app with horses added and jump to step 4:
Step 2
Select the "Royal Winter Fair Option" from the menu.
Step 3
Choose "Event Registration" - you can also view any tickets you have previously ordered for events in the "My Tickets" section.
Step 4
Select what type of horse you are entering to the event from the options shown below in (figure 1.0).

Please note: that if you have multiple horses in different categories you should do them in groups e.g. Register all heavy horses and then seperately repeat this process to register your Hunter / Jumper horses.
Step 5
Select the horses you want to register for the event that you have selected e.g. choose all your heavy horses you need biosecurity tickets for if that is the event you have selected. Likewise if you chose Hunter / Jumper as the event, select all these horses instead.
Step 6
If any of your horses are not elgible because the don't meet either the vaccination criteria set by the RAWF then they will be displayed with a warning sign and a list of what actions that you need to take in order to get your ticket.

Step 7
If your horses meet the criteria to enter the event, you will see a tick next to their name (figure 1.1) and be able to proceed with booking your Biosecurity tickets for the RAWF.

Step 8
Once you have confirmed your horses you will be shown your tickets for the event type (figure 1.2). You can access these tickets again by selecting "My Tickets" from the options menu in Step 3 (figure 1.3)
