Before you start

Please ensure your horses are added to the Digital Stable before ordering your biosecurity ticket. If you need assistance, read our step-by-step guide on adding your horses to the Digital Stable.

Step 1

Click the 'My Account' button in the top right corner of the screen.

From the dropdown menu, select 'Pre-event Registration'.

Step 2

Click the "Event Registration" button.

Step 3

Select the type of horse you are registering for the RAWF. Click the "Register" button under the appropriate category, such as Heavy Horses, to add your horse.

Please Note: If you are registering more than one type of horse e.g. Heavy and Jumping horses, you'll need to do them seperately.

Step 4

Select the horses you want to register for the category chosen in Step 4. For example, if you selected Heavy Horses, choose all the heavy horses you are entering into the RAWF.

Please Note: You can select multiple horses. If any horses you expect to see don't appear in the list, you will need to add them to your Digital Stable first.

Step 5

For each horse you are registering, the Digital Stable will verify if the required vaccinations for the RAWF have been added and whether a negative Coggins Certificate has been uploaded.

Horses that meet the criteria will display a checkmark next to their name (Figure 1.0). If you have multiple horses, you can proceed with the eligible ones first and return later to address the non-eligible horses. To do this, simply click "Proceed with Eligible Horses."

Figure 1.0

If your Digital Stable resembles Figure 1.0 for all your horses, you can skip to Step 7.

If any horses are rejected, you will need to click the appropriate link to either "Upload Coggins" to that horse’s profile or click "Add" next to Herpes Virus or Influenza, or both, depending on what’s missing (see Figure 1.1). You’ll need to complete this process individually for each rejected horse.

Figure 1.1

If your screen resembles Figure 1.1 above, please follow Steps 6a and 6b below. Otherwise, skip to Step 7.

Please Note: You will need to have the following:

  • A picture or PDF of the Coggins certificate uploaded to the horse’s profile.

  • Confirmation that your horse is vaccinated against both Influenza and Herpes virus (EHV-1), along with the date of vaccination.

Step 5a - Adding Vaccination Details

To add vaccination details, click "Add" next to the disease name.

You will then see Figure 1.2, where you can check both the Herpes and Influenza boxes and enter the date your horse received these vaccinations.

Step 5b - Uploading Coggins Certificate

Click "Upload Coggins," then click "Upload Document" to select your Coggins Certificate from your computer as you would for any normal upload.

Please Note: After you upload either the Coggins or enter the vaccination details and dates, you will be redirected back to the horse selection (Step 5) to re-validate the horses you are entering until all have met the criteria.

Step 6

Review the details of the horse(s) you have entered on the confirmation screen, and check the box to confirm that the information is correct.

Please Note: You cannot continue until you check the box confirming that the information is correct and that you will provide evidence if requested during entry to the RAWF.

Click "Confirm and Continue" to order your FREE biosecurity ticket.

If anything is incorrect, you can click "Back to Previous Step" to make edits.

Step 7

You will receive a notification confirming that you have successfully ordered your ticket. You can view your ticket by clicking "View Ticket."

You will also receive an email with your ticket attached. Additionally, you can download it as a PDF from the View Ticket screen (as shown in Figure 1.3 above).

If you download the Digital Stable App, you can save the ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access.
