To protect each horse’s identity and maintain accurate records, updates to a horse’s birthdate or age must be handled through Customer Support. This safeguard prevents misrepresentation and ensures the integrity of equine identification systems.
When requesting a change, you may be asked to provide proof of age, such as:
Veterinary invoice
Breed registration papers
Passport
Horse recording document
Providing proper documentation ensures all updates are verified, transparent, and trustworthy.
How to Request a Change
Step One
Click on "Settings" in the bottom right of the navigation bar
Step Two
Click "Help and Support" from the settings screen.
Step Three
Enter a message letting us know you'd like to update the date of birth and include the following information:
The horse’s name
The updated date of birth
Our support team will review your request and guide you through providing any required documentation.
